Daniel Pulido Mendez
Daniel has more than 10 years of experience in finance and data analytics. He worked at Fitch Ratings, evaluating the creditworthiness of sovereigns in Latin America and the Caribbean. He collaborated with several governments to understand their funding strategies and challenges. He modelled the effect of hurricanes on the fiscal accounts of several countries in the Caribbean Basin and rated some of the first catastrophe bonds in the region. Daniel taught the Data Analytics Boot Camp at Columbia University. He holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.A. from New York University.
